You are the founding owner of customer and business operations for Steno.ai. You ensure every customer can create a hyper-realistic AI Twin and receives a personalized level of support, while also serving as a hands-on integrator who implements scalable processes and handles key business operations for the company. Must be AI-savvy, customer-obsessed, product-obsessed, have incredible work ethic, and be elite at execution.

A hands-on integrator who turns vision into execution and owns customer and business operations.
You will:
- Own AI success to ensure every AI Twin meets a world-class quality bar.
- Serve as a right-hand to the CEO for business operations, cross-functional coordination, and company-wide initiatives.
- Build and run scalable systems and playbooks for customer operations and internal processes.
- Partner tightly with Engineering, Product, and Growth to drive alignment and execution velocity.
